SHIPPING POLICY

At En Miz Ojos, each made-to-order piece is handmade with care. Because your order is created specifically for you, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

MADE-TO-ORDER TIMELINE

Our standard production time for made-to-order pieces is 2–3 weeks. Your order may be completed sooner; however, production time depends on the number of orders currently being processed.

Please keep in mind that the 2–3 week timeframe is for production and does not include shipping/transit time.

ORDER UPDATES

We want to keep you informed throughout the process. You will receive an update once your order is currently being worked on.

Once your piece is complete and ready to make its way to you, you will receive another notification confirming that your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD

If you are ordering for a specific date, event, or occasion, please consider both our 2–3 week production timeframe and additional shipping time when placing your order.
