With En Miz Ojos, every piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

PLEASE SHOP CAREFULLY

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, materials, photos, and other details provided before placing an order.

If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before your order ships. We are happy to answer questions or provide additional information to help you feel confident in your purchase.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes, accept exchanges, or issue refunds.

HANDMADE ITEMS

Please keep in mind that each En Miz Ojos piece is handmade. Slight variations or natural imperfections may occur from piece to piece and are part of the unique nature of handmade work. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when applicable, work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
